Dr. Jeff is a Specialist in Orthodontics
After four years of dental school to become a general dentist, Dr. Jeffrey Kwong completed a rigorous two-and-a-half-year orthodontic residency program specializing only in orthodontics. That’s 7,000+ hours of additional training in all aspects of the field.
In addition to his Doctorate in Dental Surgery, he also has a Master of Science in Dentistry with a certificate in Orthodontics and is Board Certified, FRCD(C). He is a registered specialist with the American Association of Orthodontists.
We Only Treat When Necessary and When the Timing is Right
Everyone’s mouth is unique, and not every patient needs braces. However, when a patient does need them, we make sure to start treatment at the most appropriate age, so we can avoid any unnecessary time in braces.
Dr. Jeff educates and informs every patient on their orthodontic needs and options and works with their family to decide on the approach that is most suitable for their case. We really strive to minimize total treatment time while offering maximum results.
We Take Patient Safety Seriously
We pride ourselves in our sparkling clean office. In fact, our office is rated in the top 2% of all California dental offices for outstanding sterilization practices and patient safety.
We have advanced systems in place: our instruments are steam autoclave sterilized between every patient, and we use single-use, disposable items whenever possible.
We’re Invisalign Certified
You could say Dr. Jeff is something of an Invisalign aficionado. He’s been using it on patients for over 10 years, giving him unparalleled experience in the intricacies of the process and also earning him the designation of a Preferred Invisalign Provider.
Dr. Jeff and his team have completed over 100 hours of Invisalign education courses and continue to attend them to stay up to date.

Dr. Jeff also leverages the highest quality aligners (including Spark and Invisalign), metal braces, and clear braces. Our clear braces blend exceptionally well with your teeth, making them virtually invisible.

We Offer Low-Radiation Digital X-Rays on Site
Our state-of-the-art digital x-ray machine reduces radiation exposure by 70-90%! While digital x-rays are extremely important for diagnosis, establishing a definitive treatment plan, and patient education, we only take them when necessary.
We have advanced imaging equipment right here in our office. That means there’s no need to be referred to an outside lab. We can share images with your general dentist and specialists to even further reduce your radiation exposure.
