Going to the dentist or orthodontist is a very scary visit for me. However, Dr. Jeffrey Kwong has totally changed my mindset. They explained everything thing they do before they do it and they are excellent about listening and addressing my concerns. Their office staff is excellent at making me feel as comfortable as I can be. Also, I moved to Nevada, which required a tricky scheduling process and with ease, they were extremely flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them!

From my first referral appointment to when I got my braces off, Dr. Kwong and his staff have been extremely kind and friendly. They were very thorough in their treatment, and they take really good care of their patients. I'm very happy with how my teeth turned out and I wouldn't have chosen any other place to get braces!

This place is awesome! Dr. Kwong and his staff are so friendly and so great to work with. My daughter has a big brand new smiling. I cannot say enough great things about the experience, it doesn’t compare to any other Orthodontist in the area. I highly recommend them.

I came to Dr. Kwong with a whole lot of teeth problems. He walked me through each step of treatment and helped me feel confident in the journey. I have been nothing but pleased with the amazing care to detail he showed through each hurdle to overcome. I love my smile! His amazing team not only took care of MY ortho needs with superb care, but also treated my 15 year old with the same kind attention and concern. We're big fans of the Dr. Kwong team!!

Hands down Kwong Orthodontics is the best! We had such a great experience with both of our daughters as they received treatment for braces. Recently moved over to Dr. Kwong after having a long and complicated experience with orthodontics. I explained my situation to Dr. Kwong and he has made me feel comfortable and heard on every visit. I can tell that he cares about the people in his chair as opposed too making a quick and easy buck. Could not recommend him more!!

I had Invisalign and they turned out amazing. Kwong was able to keep me on track even through COVID shutdowns. The office is very clean and nice. Staff was nice!

this is such a great place to go, all the people that work there are very kind. I had a very far over overbite, and after 2 years I had them off with perfect teeth. This is a great place to go to get your teeth fixed.

Great experience!! I’ve been going to JK Orthodontics for 3 years and counting. The staff is amazing. I feel like I’ve made friends with the nurses and Dr Kwong who know me and are sincerely interested in how I’m doing. The scheduling process is very smooth and much more enjoyable than other offices I’ve been to. Overall I’d definitely recommend their expertise.

I love this office! So full of life and excitement. Dr. Jeff is amazing. Explains everything every step of they way. He makes you feel really comfortable and makes sure he answers all the questions you have. Very patient and kind. His staff is amazing as well. They worked really well with my schedule and the request I had. Every one was very welcoming and genuinely cared for you.I would really recommend Dr. Jeff to anyone who is looking for some dental work!

Incredibly caring office. When I told them I was postponing my son's braces do to my cancer treatments, the next day I received an edible arrangement hand delivered to my home. That is above and beyond for an orthodontic office!

Nonconsensually shaved my canine teeth down while I was getting my braces off; no warning, no acknowledgement after, just had my canines whittled down to uneven stumps on either side.My teeth have now been sensitive for years due to this; I wish I could still sue.

Jeffrey Kwong Orthodontics is great. They helped me through three years of Invisalign. They are always friendly and fun there, and are most concerned with finishing the process. They only charged me for the initially proposed time period, and took care of everything that went overtime for free. I highly recommend this office.

The atmosphere at JKO is incredible; the team feels like a family and everyone treats the patients with kindness. I got my braces off awhile ago. My teeth before was all crooked, now my teeth are straight. I am kind of happy with my smile, one of my tooth is moving out where it's not suppose to. However, the staff there is very friendly, good service and organize. I recommend going here.

The office is very friendly and always works around my schedule. In the 24 months of having braces with them I am pleased. They office even sent me birthday cards. They have things going on in the office like social media promotions and the winner wins things such as a drone or electric scooter. Whenever I was out of state and had a problem, they were able to help me over the phone. The office is clean and caring. I recommend it to all. My teeth have improved so much and I’m so thankful I went to Jeffery Kwong orthodontics.

I first went to JK Orthodontics in third grade for a retainer that I had for approximately 2 years. They were the sweetest people and always treated me with care. When I came back in to get permanent braces they had all kinds of treats to celebrate the day. I had my braces on for 3 years and just got them off today! There was practically no pain and my smile was straight as can be (which is so weird for me because I’ve never seem myself with straight teeth)! Nonetheless I’m so glad to have been taken care of by the Jeffrey Kwong staff over the years and I would 100% recommended them to others! JKO is a family and I’m proud to be a part of it. :)

We had such a great experience at JKO with Dr.Kwong and his staff. His office staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Kwong is great with his patients and parents, he is a great communicator, keeping you informed of the process throughout treatment. My teen’s experience was very positive and she enjoyed going to her appointments and especially seeing her straight teeth at the end! I loved seeing that his technique/style is geared for comfort and precision. I’m picky so loved his expertise. JKO also is great about being a part of their community, donating to teachers and local charities and events. We highly recommend JKO!!

This is such a great place to get braces and am so happy with how my teeth turnes out after a year and a half. I would definitely recommend people to get braces here and it's the best place in El Dorado Hills! You know it says a lot about Dr Kwong when most of his 5 star reviews are from students who were patients themselves! However, let me say from a parent perspective that Dr Kwong is so patient, straight forward, and diligent. He truly is the best orthodontist you could ask for. I've had 2 kiddos go through the Invisalign teen and they are doing awesome. Not only is Dr Kwong an incredible orthodontist, he's also a pillar of the community ; always willing to donate, volunteer and be involved. I just can't say enough good things about him. (the office staff are equally amazing)

I just completed my Invisalign program with Dr. Kwong and I am delighted with my new smile. I managed a dental office for 20 years so I was very particular as to where I would go for my care. Dr. Kwong and his team were professional and helpful in every aspect of my treatment. Dr. and the ladies couldn’t be friendlier and I enjoyed every visit. My granddaughter is now a patient for traditional braces. It’s nice to know she is in such good hands.
